The Last of Us, la nuova esclusiva PlayStation 3 firmata dai creatori di Uncharted, ha conquistato anche il Giappone come testimoniano i dati di vendita relativi alla scorsa settimana pubblicata da Media Create. Il survival action adventure si è posizionato infatti in prima posizione con 117.000 copie circa, seguito da Donkey Kong Country Returns che conferma il buon debutto della settimana precedente. Sul podio anche Friend Collection: New Life per Nintendo 3DS.
Seguono poi due novità: Kami Jigen Idol Neptune per PlayStation Vita e Kuma-Tomo per Nintendo 3DS. Per quanto riguarda le console, solito dominio del Nintendo 3DS con 43.000 console vendute circa, seguito da PlayStation Vita con più di 13.000 unità. Sotto quota 10.000 invece PlayStation 3.
