Nintendo ha da poco rilasciato i primi data pack per Xenoblade Chronicles X, nuovo capitolo della saga di JRPG sci-fi in esclusiva Wii U, che sarà disponibile a partire dal prossimo 4 dicembre. Tra le varie migliorie introdotte, risulta sicuramente degna di nota la possibilità di accelerare in modo sensibile i tempi di caricamenti del gioco: gli utenti sono invitati infatti a scaricare i 2GB “Basic High-Speed Data Loading Pack”.

Basic High-Speed Data Loading Pack:
High impact to load times
Installs frequently used data, such as terrain to speed up load times in the city and field.
For greater load-time improvement, use in conjunction with one or more of the other data packs below.

Medium impact to load times
Installs frequently used data in the field, such as enemy data.

Installs the data for character graphics and equipment to speed up load times in the city and when you change equipment.

Low impact to load times
Installs data for skell graphics to speed up load times in the city and field as well as when loading skell data.
